Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your use of Ping, a platform that matches candidates with job opportunities. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Who can use Ping
Ping is currently open to individual candidates creating a personal profile. Company accounts are created by our team and are not self-service — if you represent a company, contact us to get set up.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and for keeping your account secure. You must be old enough to legally enter into these terms in your country of residence.
How matching works
When you complete your profile, we compute a compatibility score between you and open roles. Your profile stays private to Ping until you explicitly show interest in a specific role — companies never see your identity by default. Full details of what gets shared, when, and with whom are in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misrepresent your identity or qualifications, attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or use Ping to send unsolicited communications. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Ending your account
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from your profile settings. We may also suspend or close an account that violates these terms or is inactive for an extended period — see the Privacy Policy for details on account deactivation and deletion.
No warranty
Ping is provided "as is." A high match score is not a guarantee of a job offer, and we don't guarantee that any particular role or candidate will be available. We work to keep the service accurate and available but can't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make material changes, we'll let you know before they take effect. Continuing to use Ping after an update means you accept the revised terms.
